**  NOTICE:  In July 2017, Water/Sewer customers will receive two bills.  Information has been sent out with billing statements explaining, in detail, why the Board has voted to make this change in the billing cycle.  There was also a public meeting held on May 1, 2017 for anyone that may have had questions or concerns.  May's usage will be due and payable by July 15, 2017 and June's usage will be due and payable by July 25, 2017.  All bills thereafter will be due upon receipt or no later than the 25th of each month.

Rochester, Indiana is located in northern Indiana, approximately  45 miles from South Bend, 90 Miles from Indianapolis, and 120 miles from Chicago.  Known as "The Round Barn Capital of the World", Rochester is the county seat of Fulton County, Indiana and in 2010, was home to approximately 6,200 residents.  Rochester is also home to Lake Manitou, a popular boating and fishing attraction during the summer.

Whether you live here or are passing thru, Rochester has something for everyone.  This small town is home to great festivals, friendly people, quiet parks, and more.
